Aqua Choreography
 
Aqua Choreography is a technique designed to strengthen and restore muscular system without body weight load on the injured or weakened muscles. This technique reduces pain in the post-traumatic period. It helps to pass the recovery period more quickly and easily. It confers elasticity, while strengthening different muscle groups.

At systematic aqua choreography training weight loss is observed. The technique consists of elements of ballet choreography: classical bar and other movements of classical dance lesson, which allows to preserve and develop the classical sense of the correct performance of classical movements, as well as to work out the elements of movement.

Classes are held in the pool, in the comfortable water environment. Aqua choreography lessons are offered for professional ballet dancers, amateurs, athletes, as well as to everyone interested in ballet for body shaping, muscle tone, a sense of ease and positive emotions.
